Can my parish pastor or friends see my messages?
No. Counselling rooms are completely decoupled from parish records. Only the specific counsellor assigned to your confidential token has access to the conversation during active ministry.
What if I lose my token?
Because anonymous sessions require no email, we cannot email you a lost token. We recommend copying and saving your token code (CC-XXXXXXXX) securely. If you provided an email during intake, you can request a retrieval link.
Is there any financial charge for counselling?
None whatsoever. YAYA CounselHub is a free gospel ministry of the RCCG Worldwide Youth & Young Adults Department. “Freely ye have received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:8).
